We believe shopping should be as easy as playtime—so our returns are fuss-free and our deliveries super speedy.

Place your order by 1pm GMT and we’ll send it out the very same day (Monday to Friday, because our weekends are reserved for tree climbing and pancake flipping).

UK/ INDIA RETURNS
  • If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we apply a 14 day right of return policy. 
  • Returned items must be unused and unwashed, in their original packaging.
  • Original sales receipts must be attached to all returns.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for shipping costs and lost packages. Please keep a record of your tracking number when shipping the package.
  • Once the goods are received back at our warehouse the refund will be issued.
  • You will not be reimbursed for the shipping charge.
  • If a receiver refuses an order on delivery, Leafy looms reserves the right to deduct the cost of the return from the final refund.
